provides a diverse array of consulting and management services for
several types of institutional investors: businesses, not-for profit
organizations, charitable foundations, and family offices. We also
serve as subadvisor for a life insurance product sold through
Prudential for accredited investors.

Private Placement Life Insurance
The McCabe Natural Investments SRI
Insurance Fund is the first socially responsible private placement
life insurance product in the United States. Offered through
Prudential to accredited investors, this tax-free, non-registered
life insurance policy invests the cash premiums in socially
responsible investments selected in part by Natural Investments LLC.

Family Offices
We currently support family offices
with the transition to values-based investments. We help family
members individually and collectively clarify an Investment Social
Policy which reflects individual social priorities and common ideals.
We can directly manage assets using separate account managers, social
venture and private equity firms, and community development financial
institutions, or work as ongoing consultants to make recommendations
in all asset classes to investment professionals already working with
these families.

Businesses
Through our affiliation with Social(k),
we can provide socially responsible 401(k) plans to companies large
and small. Employees can use our time-tested model portfolios ranging
from conservative to aggressive investment approaches within an easy,
web-based Expert Plan platform. We may be able to provide periodic
employee orientations to help employees set up their accounts, while
the retirement plan assets are easily managed by both employers and
employees via state-of-the-art technology.

Non-profits, Foundations, and
Universities
Because our advisors have previously
worked in the non-profit sector and continue to support this
important social and environmental work through volunteerism and
donating 1% of our company gross revenues to these causes, we have a
special interest in helping to align these organizations' missions
with their money. We currently work with local and national
non-profits and foundations, and can help any mission-based
institution to integrate socially responsible investments as a
component of its commitment to fiduciary responsibility. We assist in
the development of an Investment Social Policy, can select and
supervise separate account managers, and consult with Boards of
Directors and their Investment Committees and existing advisors and
managers on socially responsible investment options in all asset
classes.
